Very positive experience thus far. Coming from a previous WeTransfer user, I am extremely happy with the service so far. Smooth, quick, and very easy to navigate. From the very first use, it was easy to send a file to my client with no issues.

I followed and bought the app since its inception. It had bugs to iron out, but the founder and the team listend and carefully shaped the app, now it's mature enough to be used on production and the Geo-location makes it perfect as a global choice.

My transactions are executed very quickly. I do not need to change many windows, and I get updates on transfers very quickly. Very easy to you and the UI is very good. File sizes are very good. I can transfer a whole wedding in one ZIP Folder, aproxx 1600 Photos RAW

I've used a handful of other large file transfer solutions. WeTransfer is the most notable and when I found Sinosend I was instantly stoked for how simple it was but yet had all the features I needed. I've had it over a year now and I've sent files about 60gb or more. No issues. It's been reliable from the beginning.

I bought three Sinosend codes and deliberately and extensively used them before writing my review. However, having used it for nearly six months, I have not encountered any issues. The only time I had to contact support was to request the activation of my CNAME, and Rishi promptly assisted. I highly recommend Sinosend.

This is exactly what it says on the tin, that gives you an easy-to-use, branded way to send and receive files between clients. The pros are self-evident, it's affordable, and as far as the core service goes, it's solid. As for my needs, what's there already met them and the extra features are just nice addons to an already good deal.

This deal is great. The file sharing is easy, and both uploading and downloading are fast. They have been improving the system since I purchased it. I hope to see a Mac app like WeTransfer to make sharing even easier. I also hope they grow and don't discontinue their service like some other companies that have been bought out.

I would like to see some additional branding on the transfer page, a bit like WeTransfer, to make it more recognisable and visually appealing. It's really fantastic as a wetransfer alternative. I wish it had more options, especially white label options. Currently it lets you set up a custom domain with CNAME which is great, but it still shows sinosend in a few places. I also wish I could set a default of giving me links instead of sending emails. I generally find it more convenient and would be better to have that option available.

wow...just wow! i was in need of a large file transfer service for my business because i send alot of 4k video and photos out to my clients and this was PERFECT! i got the tier 3 and i really hope this company grows big! we need more large files transfer deals on appsumo theres alot of things that can be left desired like folders or a mobile app but i am definitely down to wait and grow with the company

I purchased the busines plan, and I was blown away on features. It's super easy to use, and any issues that I had with CNAME or features, support got back to me within 10 minutes. The features that are missing are coming, and the roadmap was complete and easy to use. I'm grateful to the support team, and it's a top class product. Actually, there's nothing to dislike about Sinosend. I think that it should be a keep-it-forever kind of product on the list. AppSumo has many great programs, some good programs, and a couple of not-so-greats. This only falls in the great program because it's easy to use. The support system provided is superb, I find myself using it very often. If you can get it, I would. Not a long review, but that's my feeling.

Yup. It works great. I’m in South Korea, and maybe because I am close to HK it’s so fast. But no drops or cuts or restarts. It’s fast and reliable. I have sent huge files without any problems at all. It’s absolutely great. The added benefit of being notified once the recipient has downloaded everything is a bonus. I like that the data is encrypted while it is stored and in transit as well. Highly recommended. The devs have done a great job.

Not only is this built brilliantly, its also built with integrity and the end user in mind, fantastic and well done. Great to be able to send large files, as a video producer this is what we have been waiting for, I did use wetransfer, but cancelled my subscription now and bought the 3 tier here as want to grow with this company. You can quickly download and upload send links using Email and WhatsApp. I got the business plan. The user interface is very simple, and I am still getting used to it. Here’s what I like: 1-Fast 2-You can upload multiple MP4 files and send a single link via Email or WhatsApp. All videos will be in one collection, and the receiver can watch them one by one without downloading. 3-You can set an expiration time for the link, and if you want to use the file again, you can set another date.

I purchased the business plan to help with administrative tasks for a new church. I am loving this product, it is very much like the FTP platform I use at my day job. It is an elegant solution to a frustration I was having with the size limits and functionality in free versions of other platforms. Admittedly, there are still improvements that could be made, like adding an address book, but overall I am far more impressed than I expected to be at time of purchase. Thank you for this product.

After some research on whether to choose an HK or Dubai server, I went with the HK one to cater to both Asia and the West. The speed is great throughout Asia, and I hope my customers in the US and EU have a similar experience (though I haven't tested it there yet). I enjoy the analytics feature with notifications, which gives me control over who accesses my files, and when and where they are accessed. The founder is open to suggestions and has a positive attitude. I hope Sinosend lasts for a long time!

I like how simple this product is to use. Don't mind the occasional typo in the software. Everything else makes up for it. Love the ability to use my own subdomain. The only thing missing for me would be the ability to customise the colour and imagery on the page the client sees when they click the link. At least they see my logo which is good. I have been using Sinosend for about a year, and while I was initially satisfied, the speed in Germany was truly disappointing. Recently, the option to change the region was introduced, and I chose EU/Frankfurt. Today, I tested the app with a 5GB file, and the transfer speed exploded – simply fantastic! For me in Germany, Sinosend is now an excellent solution. If the app also becomes GDPR-compliant now, it would be perfect. I have contacted customer service once so far, and in this case, the response arrived within a few minutes. Thank you very much.
